Cloud sync

webqa login            # store an API token for webauditlabs Cloud
webqa project link     # link webqa.json to a cloud project
webqa audit --sync     # run locally, then upload the result

Sync uploads the result.json and screenshots of a run you have already done to a linked cloud project. The audit is not run again. The run is stored with execution mode local, so its history can be compared with hosted cloud runs.

Without these commands, the CLI does not contact webauditlabs services.
