Exit codes

Code	Status	Meaning
0	passed	No findings.
1	issues_found	One or more findings.
2	invalid input	Invalid configuration or arguments.
3	execution_error	The tool or browser failed, not your site.
4	timed_out	The run exceeded its time limit.

In CI, treat exit code 1 as a site issue and exit codes 3 and 4 as runner problems that should be retried or investigated.
